About the Club

The Harrington Bowling Club was established in the late 1950s for the prime purpose for attracting members to play Lawn Bowls and enjoy the social aspects of club functions. Bowls is still the major activity and is well supported with strong representation from both men and women in Competition, Pennant and Social events. Additional to Bowls other recreational sporting activities are available with organised Darts, Carpet Bowls, Snooker and Fishing.

Social events like Bingo, Trivia, Raffles, Members Badge Draws and Fundraising for Community Projects are a regular part of what happens. Community Meetings and Functions are catered for.

All regular Club services are available from our full range of beverages at competitive prices, Gaming Machines, TAB, Keno and fine meals from the Family Restaurant.

Regular and special event entertainment is offered.

The Club is situated on the river bank with spectacular views of the entrance to the Manning River and the Pacific Ocean.

You will enjoy the atmosphere when you visit to our Air-Conditioned Club with the ‘Million Dollar View’. Children are welcome while under adult supervision.
